How do I know this?

I spent 20+ years working for a corporate company in sales and marketing. 

My colleagues called me a go-getter. They called me efficient. They asked me to lead teams. 

And that’s where my energy went. The trouble was, it was fun until it threw my life out of balance. 

In my 40’s, I left corporate and transitioned into the fitness and holistic health industry. I needed to get back to my body again. 

But I missed the fun & excitement of marketing.

My husband and our pup, Bodhi, now live in the mountains- in a log cabin on a creek in the woods… and this is where my online digital marketing business was born. 

Now I’m lucky enough to help business owners like you make a bigger impact every day— while still getting outside to bike, kayak, or walk in nature. 

This is my balance. 

And I want to help you find (and keep) yours too! 

No more tears over tech or broken buttons.
